Online Marketing Leader Gives Back to Community
PHILADELPHIA, Penn. -- January 1, 2008 -- InstantDollarz Incorporated, a leader in online performance-based marketing, recently donated more than fifteen thousand dollars to local and international charitable institutions, including Doctors Without Borders, Project H.O.M.E., the Salvation Army and the Autism Society of America.
A gift of $4,000 was provided to the Autism Society of America (ASA). Throughout the last forty years, ASA has been relied upon to be the voice of autism community. The officers of InstantDollarz decided that ASA was an appropriate organization to support, seeing that autism tends to be an overlooked condition in the United States despite the more than 1.5 million people in this country affected by autism spectrum disorders.
A gift of $4,700 was made to the Doctors Without Borders/Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) organization. MSF responds to emergencies in more than 70 countries around the world, including medical interventions in Iraq, during meningitis outbreaks in Uganda and violent situations in Colombia and Kenya. The officers of InstantDollarz, being educated in the sciences themselves, felt that such an important contribution to international humanitarian efforts deserved financial support.
A gift of $4,000 was made to Project H.O.M.E., a local Philadelphia charitable organization. Project H.O.M.E. understands the link between vulnerable neighborhoods and homelessness, which is why they work in a preventative capacity to address its root causes. They provide quality community medical care, develops affordable housing and provides meaningful educational opportunities for adults and children. As happy residents of the City of Brotherly Love, the officers of InstantDollarz realize that the needs of its own community is just as important as the needs of all people around the world - thus, a donation to support work on behalf of Philadelphians.
Additionally, smaller gifts were made to the Salvation Army, and local churches and smaller charitable organizations within Philadelphia.
