Latest Update: NOVEMBER 30, 2014.
Anybody completing and submitting any of the forms on the IDzMedia domain is considered an "applicant." During the registration process, IDzMedia only collects personally identifiable information ("PII") that is volunteered or in response to specific information requests. These same basic units of PII include name, full mailing address, phone number, email address, username, password, age range and gender, and are required of all users in order to participate in and get paid by IDzMedia. We also collect demographic information with permission from users. Any applicant granted access is considered a "publisher". Our servers automatically log certain access details for each publisher, and any website visitor using links provided by IDzMedia, including domain, IP address, time of access, referring site and content accessed.
By providing PII and other information to this Site, the registrant fully understands and unambiguously consents to the collection and processing of such information in the United States and other countries or territories, in accordance with the terms of this Policy.
II. USE OF INFORMATION
Though registration is not required to access the site, most features - including access to offers and payments - requires registration. IDzMedia reserves the right to use registrant PII: 1) for the specific purpose for which such information was provided (ie. payment); 2) to contact the user regarding services for which he or she has expressed interest; 3) as disclosed at the time such information was provided; and 4) as disclosed in this Policy.
Among other things, these details are required in order to disburse payment, minimize fraud and/or ensure transaction authenticity. Additionally, such details may be used internally to improve site content and for marketing purposes. We may also retain any emails, letters, or other correspondence between you and IDzMedia to ensure quality control and improve service.
III. SHARING OF INFORMATION
IDzMedia will never sell or otherwise share any PII with any organization, except in the following circumstances: 1) we are required to release information in response to legal subpoenas, court orders and other judicial claims; 2) a portion or all of IDzMedia is sold, merged or otherwise acquired by another entity, in which case a portion or all PII would then belong to said entity; 3) we suspect that a publisher or sub-publisher may have committed fraud, in which case PII will be shared during the course of the investigation; 4) a publisher has expressed interest in offers and services provided by other advertisers or businesses; and 5) we must consult third parties as reasonably necessary for us to operate all functions of this website and to provide offers and payments to publishers. Additionally, we may share aggregated demographic information - containing no personal identifiers - with third-party partners in order to obtain further campaign opportunities for publishers.

VI. DATA SECURITY
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, IDzMedia uses appropriate industry standards to safeguard confidentiality of your personal information. These procedures include firewalls, encryptions, token authentication, monitoring technology and continuous adaptive analysis of network traffic to track any and all abuse of network properties and data. While our data management practices are held to these standards at all times, no data transaction on the Internet is 100% secure from intrusion.
VII. OPTING OUT OR CANCELLATION
IDzMedia members may only deactivate enrollment in newsletters and information updates from IDzMedia by de-enrolling from the network. Once cancelled, all credit on your account is lost.
